I have been a Management Consultant for over 15 years after nearly 10 years in the banking, trust, insurance and securities sectors.

The engagements I have been retained for typically focus on improvement and innovation in service or product delivery. The focus is usually on software development designed to improve business processes and work flows associated with products and services.

Often the initiatives I have either led or participated in have been strategic conversions, migrations or fundamental re-engineering of a business model and have required detailed business process analysis. This kind of an engagement required professional facilitation and the use of various techniques to elicit, capture and model the needs of business sponsors.
There are several sections on this site that detail my recent assignments and some of my skills. I have also added resources for OOAD and Use Cases and a related site for Agile practices.

I am a generalist in IT but with an emphasis on iterative and incremental project delivery using Agile methods, as well as the Rational Unified Process.
