Thanks for visiting my site!

I am a Management Consultant with over 20 years experience in both the private and public sector. I have subject matter expertise in the banking, trust, insurance and securities sectors.

My engagements typically focus on improvement and innovation in service or product delivery. The focus is usually on software development designed to improve business processes and work flows associated with products and services.

Often, the initiatives I have participated in have been strategic business conversions, migrations or fundamental re-engineering of an existing business model. They have required detailed business process analysis which usually leads to either system enhancements or the buy/build of new solutions. This kind of an engagement requires me to leverage my professional project management and facilitation skills and the use of various techniques to elicit, capture and model the needs of business sponsors.

I am a generalist in IT but with an emphasis on iterative and incremental project delivery using Agile methods, as well as the Rational Unified Process.
