The goal of this site is to elaborate on my background as a Management Consultant in general, and my experience is software development in particular.
As a proven mentor and project leader in the improvement and innovation in Fortune 500 firms, I have gained a wealth of practical experience in implementing new business processes through automation.This section of the site details the companies I have worked with in the past 15 years.
I have focused on financial services and their evolution and automation through strategic software development projects.
The experience includes the banking, securities and insurance sectors. Details of these projects may be found on this page of the site.
I have provided some resources for Process Improvement on this part of my site.
It is hard to economically recommend resources for as dynamic an activity as software development, so I have added some links to others resources in “The Associates” in the lower right hand part of this page.
